George I have you pretty well covered.
I have:
105 bowls.
200 plates
Plates/bowls are Dixie soak proof/microwaveable, so they're GtG for hot foods/soups.
200 forks
200 spoons
96 knives
1200 napkins
I will also bring 3-5 one gallon jugs of Crystal Geyser spring water.
I'll bring a vegetable tray and dip.
I will make the trip from North Alabama, so I can put faces with names. I'll bring a variety of fruit.
Got the sharpies and name tags too, fin.
we will brinf a couple of different deserts, and a roll of paper towels.

I will be bringing Pancit, Filipino Noodles.
I'm with stix... would like to know if the picnic is always the last weekend of April. That way I can plan our first trip down for it next year. I've missed it since joining but would love to make it down as long as I can at least get a few months heads up.
John G usually brings the meat out around 11AM and we usually start setting up the chow line. We eat eat when it is ready.
The plan is to have it the last Saturday of April each year. It could change due to weather or something like that if necessary.
