AL MR needs our help!
I recently met a guy from Marine Resources (Claude Peteet Mariculture Center) who could use our help gathering new brood stock of pompano and flounder.

He works in Gulf Shores and said IF we hold the fish alive in a bucket with an aerator for him, he will come and pick it up.
His name is Max Westendorf email: maxwell.westendorf@dcnr.alabama.gov or call 251-968-9696.
and his cell number is (913) 909-4549
He stressed that he will arrange to have LIVE fish picked up.
Perhaps this would be a good use for the bait tank on the octi?

Bait tank is no longer on the octi, though thats a good idea, not sure how long a pomp or flounder would survive in a bucket, especially on a hot day
-
Bait tank is gone? Sigh.
Aerated cooler would beat an aerated bucket - larger and insulated but more trouble.
-
Be cool if they could pay me to fish for flounder and pompano, sorta be like dream job, 'specially if it was part-time work. mid, you are right about the cooler being better, at least for the flounder, but I have my doubts about keeping pomps alive for very long.
