Alabama Fishing Violator Busted!

Marine Resources Officers, working with tips from the public, issued citations to Priscilla McIntyre of Mobile for the selling game fish (Red Drum) and for selling seafood without a Seafood Dealer's License. Additionally, McIntyre was not licensed to catch fish commercially.
AMRD received several tips regarding this case, allowing for a quick arrest. This is an example of the public aiding in enforcement of our natural resources. Having the public's assistance with this type of case is invaluable. With limited numbers of officers, having the many “eyes” of the public to assist is a great asset.
To report violations 24 hours a day call: (251) 476-1256.
During normal business hours M-F call: Mobile County (251) 861-2882 / Baldwin County (251)968-7576
