So I go to order a beer at the pier. And yup they were FREE, today.
Apparently they cant really serve beer at the pier. The other day was just a special permit of sorts. Unless I was just missinformed.

And really what the hell. Free beer free music, and still the roost isn't packed out. I'm confused about this. Because I'm currently sitting in a "bar" that the crowd is up and singing along to the mans songs. While paying 3.50+ for beers.
