For my cart, I'm thinking about adding a landing pad for a drone---I could REALLY get the advantage of spotting cobia before they get to the pier.
tried to delete duplicate---my computer ignorance won.
I forget what its actually called but I had a cart just like that and I got an adhesive measuring tape that stuck on the rail. But it you have a cooler with measurements then don't worry about it. Make sure to keep the under carriage around the handle, etc. oiled, and out of the rain if possible when not in use. Mine rusted like crazy.

I have a similar cart that I used 5 1-1/2" tees and 2 90's to make a manifold for rod holders. I secured it to the side with ss worm gear clamps and can remove it to use around the house. I only used it once but it was perfect for the pier. I would stay away from the beach with it because it would corrode quickly.
got one just like it. here are some pointers....buy something to keep the bottom from rusting. i keep a bait bucket in mine for bull minnows and shrimp. of course water sloushes out....some kind of rubberizer or at the very least paint about 3 more coats on it. next bungee cords around the front to keep the handle from falling down making it a trip hazard on the pier. Rinse down EVERY time you go to the pier and oil any unpainted exposed parts.

I just purchased one of these as well, already mounted rod holders on. But I am like ironman, gonna be changes about every time I get home with it. Lots of ideas running through my head of what to do with it, just gonna keep it simple right now. I believe it will hold everything I need. Looks good chillinfish. And thanks for the bungy idea for handle snake.
