arriving saturday and curious how the clarity of the water is. past weather event makes me wonder if mississippi river and mobile bay are making surf like chocolate milk. i did see a post that grass/weeds weeds were thick, my weather app says some light north winds. as always just curious. thanks in advance

I just viewed the surf from the Sea and Suds webcam, put it on surf close up view and it looks pretty good! Sea-N-Suds Restaurant & Oyster Bar. Live Web Cam
For me, I put it on the close-up view and then I had to wait a couple of minutes for the viewfinder to kick in. Besides that, reports of a whiting bite are an indication that things are improving.

The water on west beach is pretty clear right now.
