Some might find this helpful.
Stumbled across this on Facebook, minor tips but mainly the company trying to sell lures. If my eyes don't deceive me, that's GSP which caught my attention to the article.

I concur that is GSPier pictured.
There was a guy (on a now defunct forum) who swore by those Bomber Super Pogy plugs for tarpon.

That picture was taken pre name change to "Fishing and Education Pier".
A while back I met a lady on the Octi who worked for Bomber and she was trying numerous different Bomber lures. She said she was going to give them away when she was done playing with them. I suspect she may have taken that photo. I left before the give-away.
btw: I never saw her catch a feesh.
