There is no 'crystal ball' with "Cristobal", but the marine forecast looks a bit ominous concerning the GSPPier on Sunday.

Waves of that height have caused damage to the pier deck in the past.
And astronomical high tide occurs around noon on Sunday, coincident with possible tropical storm winds.

Dry air is getting sucked into Cristobal. Waves are approaching 9 ft at the buoy, but maybe this will blunt the impact.

Edit: 9:40 am; Looks like Cristobal has started its predicted jog to the west. We may be near the worst we will see (there is a cell near the buoy right now).

That size jives well with the recent buoy report of 14.8 feet waves.
This is the threshold of wave size that can blow out some of the wooden floor panels.
And Cajun reported that several had already done that prior to noon when he left the pier.
