Has a new look and format.
Note where there were two coastal forecast areas for Alabama waters
(Mobile Bay and "Out 20 NM")

Upper & Lower Mobile Bay, Mississippi Sound, Perdido Bay, and "Out to 20 NM")

Also the wind speed forecasts are trying to be a little more precise than the 5 mph increments we had...
