Trash (especially plastic and paper) blow off the pier too!
Be sure to place all items in the (numerous) available receptacles on the pier,
and PLEASE pick up any trash on the deck or rails.

I do as many others do to Toto. While walking out and during slack time on the Octi. Don't get it all but others lik Slim, Norm, DaSarge, Haywire and others to name a few.
