Thread: Anyone surf fishing?

Just wondering whats everone been up to in the surf..Dont gotta give ya spots away just talk about it 8)
Me myself i been getting whiting,baby pomps,drum, dad got a slot red...i seem to keep missing the big pomps :-[

No pomps or reds @ DI, but plenty of 'smallish' whiting and some brutish black drum in the surf. :yippee:

i know some dont tell i got a few spots as well lol i been seeing 3lb pomps being killed over in johnson's beach i fished if for a few and left due to there was no break in the sand bar all the way down..its strange i dont see as many breaks in sand bars in FL as i do AL whonder why?
