This morning when I took my walk, I saw that the dredge by the West Pass bridge was sunk. The water was over the front deck and the pump in the water. I talked to a local fellow who said that it has happen before and that he knew who to call and that he would call them. It looks like it is floating now. I wonder if that thing does more harm than good.
