Fishing this weekend? (4/18)
Long time lurker, first time poster...
Would like to bring the kids to OB/GS this weekend to get out of the house for some fishing. What are your thoughts on conditions and would it be worth even trying? Any suggestions on where to go or what is biting?
OB Pier?
GSSP Pier?
Perdido Pass?
Surf Fishing?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry man,but there is no way to answer that question until tomorrow morning. It has been a very deflating day for us around J&M watching the weather screw up such an awesome bite. Our business along with a heck of a lot of fisherman needed this weekend to be good.

I'll be there with my son, just look for a middle aged, pot bellied red beard with an obnoxious kid in tow.

Got the green light from the boss lady so my son and I will be down there tomorrow. I haven't fished the GSSP since I was a kid. We usually go surf fishing or waste bait at OB pier.
I'm glad I found this forum...I've got a lot to learn!
