Thread: Sabiki lengths.

I am about to take a shot at building a sabiki rod out of pvc. I am trying to find the length of the typical rig so I'll know where to drill my hole. Can some one please tell me how long most rigs are? Thanks in advance.

I have a 5 1/2 foot sabiki Rod and the rig fits inside when reeled all the way in to the weight, so I'm guessing about 4 1/2 feet.
