And a big one at the beginning. Its a great pier for whiting, sheephead and pomps when they run. Just a lot of "locals" who think they know everything. Its also an underhand casting pier only. Just a pain.

i found the regs on the nags head pier(nc outer banks) to be friendly and accommodating
