How do YOU fish a gotcha plug?

The gotchas have definitely taught me what wear and tear is. Still a great lure!!! They are still one of the reasons I'm an avid snobbler! Still a ways away from becoming a trollier? :p

I'll use a Clarkspoon before a Gotcha. When I switch to a Gotcha, I let it sink, reel fast for few seconds to get it to rise off the bottom, then let is sink and rest it on the bottom a few secs. Repeat.
I'm not saying it's the best way but works for me especially with Spanish and blues.

Dang, I'd hate to get that wrapped around my head.
