Actually it translate to, "All your base are belong to us." (Some will get it & some won't)

I think that he's saying that when fishing a large river, if you're perplexed as to what area to target, work the shoreline (the "coast"), and stay out of the main current deep water middle. In that way, it breaks the area up into sections, as if they were all distinct bodies of water. It makes it easier to pattern fish when you can identify the structure that they relate to. That mindset can be applied to pier fishing similarly by excluding a portion of the pier you judge to be less productive than the others. Work the skinny water one way, with distinct baits and work the end of the pier with "big-fish" baits and techniques, as if they were completely different bodies of water.
That's the best I can do with it!

Glad y'all figured it out. This one left me bewildered and bemused. It think I'll go sniff some powdered Chinese Mustard into my sinuses and see if it stimulates me enough to translate.

Don't know if anyone bothered to look, but OP hasn't been back on the site since OP. Sorta tells you all you need to know. Troll or perhaps a forum bot. Don't EVER click on a link in one of these weird posts.

Yep, the original post reads like it was generated by a Chinese spam bot poorly translated to English

Yeah, I'm still waiting on my money from Nigeria so I can retire. It should be here any day now. Those pore folks get treated so bad, can't get their money out of the country.
