nuthin' like some good ol' quill gill
Need some GPS coordinates to go along with those pics, just sayin'.....................
I have a customer that i just installed his security system in his house that has a really nice pond behind his house with monster bluegill in it that he said I can come fish anytime, just need to get a day off soon to do so, can't wait. When I lived in Birmingham I had a couple lakes I cold fish that had 1lb + bluegills in it and have caught shellcracker over 2lbs, fishing ultralight tackle and a 1/32 oz jig, fun, fun, fun!
It would be even better if you loose the head phones and enjoy the sounds as well
Actually that was my youngin with the headphones.....he was in Jerry Jeff Walker mood...LOL
There is something primordially satisfying about fishing with a float and watching it slip under the surface.
I don't care if it's a sailcat or a sailfish ;-)
I couldn't agree more! This bunch was from last week.

I had to go take care of some things for my dad back in Kentucky Thursday and ran into this gang while I was there. Behold the power of a float...
