I don't see a lot of beachfishing near Navarre (perhaps due to when I visited) and you'll probably need to go east toward Destin or west toward Pensacola for boats. The pier itself is nice but there did not seem to be tackle or much bait available any more at the pier house.

Navarre Pier has a FB page with daily fishing reports.

Size 12 ghost white X-rap will catch kings, Bonita, Spanish, etc. Carry a few sabiki rigs in case cigar minnows move in close to the pier. Freelining those can come with the same results. According to the fb page they are still actively catching Spanish and Bonita.
