If you had to pick one
So this is the deal,Some time this spring were moving to Ga.,( just south for Atlanta) At that point I'll be about a 4hr.run
to the Gulf,So this is the question,What Pier do I want to make my "Home Pier" for the Gulf and why.
So some parameters, I come to fish, but I don't want to be nickeled and dimed with a ton of fee's.I want order not a bunch
of Pier bullying, low theft rate, won't tolerate that one bit, A good clean pier .Tell me what ya got and why.
Good food close by is a plus, and long hours too

I've had epic fishing days on all of the piers. Now I fish at the Gulf Shores Pier almost exclusively. I like the people and for me, the cleaning station is a big plus. You can leave the pier with your fish in baggies ready to cook, transport or freeze. You can spray-wash your cooler, which cuts down on the work you have to do at home. If you're staying in one of the FL hotels/motels near Okaloosa, Navarre, or Pensacola - there's the issue of where to clean your catch and how to dispose of the remains.
I agree with Pier#r - Experience all of them and see which ones fit your personal priority preferences and needs.

I don't have enough experience in the area to vote but I think you will find most everyone here calls GSSP home base. It is the only pier that I have fished, can't post anything negative about it.

I've fished them all from Tampa to Gulf Shores, and that's why I fish here exclusively now. Fisherman are the friendliest, no theft problems decent facilities and fish! We'll see us soon and welcome to the forum.
