Info for Aug & Sept?

Got a question for all you long timers. I know that the kings will start to thin out the hotter it gets. What do you all fish for until the water cools some and the monster kings return?

Flounder and slot reds. Last year keychain spanish ran every evening, too. There are also Tarpon and Bull Reds.
