BRYAN BENNETT MEMORIAL FISHING TOURNAMENT & 75QT YETI RAFFLE
JUNE 7TH- 6:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
The prizes will be chosen in the following order: (You pick your on prize.)
1st Place - King Mackerel, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Slot Red, Pompano
2ND Place - King Mackerel, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Slot Red, Pompano
3RD Place - King Mackerel, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Slot Red, Pompano
• Any place that does not have a weight will be skipped to the next species.
• All remaining prizes will be drawn immediately following the awards.
When you purchase your ticket your name will automatically be placed into the drawing. You do not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted by June 8th. It is your responsibility to appoint someone to claim your prize or it can be shipped at your expense, all prizes must be claimed by June 30th.
OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT RULES:
1. A $20.00 entry fee must be paid prior to fishing. (This doesn’t include the $8.00 GSPP fishing entry.)
2. Fish must be caught on GSPP between the hours of 6:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday June 7th
3. To enter a fish it must be caught by the angler entering the fish.(No Hand OFFs)
4. All fish must be weighed and recorded by the official Weigh Master on the appointed tournament approved weigh scales.
5. Angler will call his gaff/net man by name. Maximum of 2 gaffs on the rail per angler.
6. Sportsmanship will be adhered to during this tournament. (Please no cursing.)
7. Rain or shine tournament will not be cancelled.
8. The tournament director has final say on any questions.
9. 75 qt Yeti Cooler will be Raffled. Each entry is $1.00. Anyone can purchase tickets. All pre purchased tickets will be handled electronically. Meaning we will use double row tickets. When we receive your money you will get an electronic picture of your ticket stubs/numbers. Your ticket numbers and name will be recorded in the master book. The tickets that will be placed in the drawing will remain on the roll until the day of the tournament. I will have three witnesses that will verify in writing the starting and ending number of tickets that will be cross referenced with the master book. The day of the tournament your tickets will be placed in the drawing. All tickets purchased the day of the tournament must be present to win. When the ticket is pulled the co director will check the master book for winner while the ticket holders that are present check their tickets. If the person is not there to claim the cooler within 15 minutes of the drawing, a second ticket will be pulled. This will continue until cooler is claimed. (The Weigh Master will also act as time keeper.) The drawing will be held at the end of the awards presentation.

Your information must be received no later than June 1st. The day of the tournament is cash only. All proceeds for this tournament will be gifted to Bryan’s parents for expenses incurred for Bryan.

Okay so only two gaffs on the pier correct?... does a small weighted treble hook tied with 550 Paracord count as a gaff...itd really only be for spanish . Its the size of a mullet snatch hook.
think they mean only 2 gaffs in the water on one fish..
