I've read through previous posts, and I hate to beat a dead horse even more ... but how much does line color effect king bite. I saw an older post where pier#r had sad that he'd noticed fish turning away from the fluorescent lines at times. I'm curious about blue vs clear? Anyone have a preference? I feel like I can see the blue line in the wind better than the clear.
If I am not mistaken, John G uses blue; and that's what he just put on my new reel. Jus' sayin'

I use the fluorescent greenish yellow kinda colored Momoi Hi-Catch and I get bit just as well as the next guy. Line color doesn't matter with kings from the pier.

When I miss a king, I don't blame it on line color, I think it is actually some other problem, LOL!

I hate trying to see that red line and any dark braid. Those may be great lines for individual purposes, but they suck when fishing with other people. I like the Momoi Diamond blue.
