Need help deciding on new pier rod and reel set up.

I am in the market for a fishing rod. I am looking for something to fish from the pier with. I want something I can use to target whiting, flounder, speckled trout, sheepshead and maybe handle a decent sized red. If I could cast a spoon or gotcha with it that would be a huge plus too. I only make it down one a year so I don't want to spend a lot. I have an Okuma Avenger 40 Baitfeeder reel and a Okuma Avenger 30 Baitfeeder that I can put on the rod. Which reel would you use and which rod would you use if you had these choice of rods:

I would go with the inshore personally. Check and see if there is a difference in line guides between the elite medium action and the inshore. I bet the inshore has the saltwater guides, which would help with corrosion.

I have the 7'6" inshore select, they are outstanding!
