Friday afternoon late.
Stopped by the pier later this afternoon with my daughter to try for some whiting or whatever. Fished the skinny water by the beach and got 5 under sized pomps, 2 pin fish and a 30 lb black drum. Got the drum on my small spinning outfit with 8 lb mono on. Started at the beach at got him to the deck mid pier by the bathrooms. Set him free to fight another day but was quite the work out.
