Thread: Happy Thanksgiving

I just wanted to start early wish everyone and their families a Happy Thanksgiving from Chicago.
Thank you for all the friendships I made while on the Pier and reading the Forum.
Reading all of your posts keeps me in vacation mode all year round.
I can't wait to get back down there to see everyone.

Thanks for your good wishes, and I return the same to you. All my family is here and I have a wild turkey to cook on the grill and a Butterball for the oven, the casseroles are in the freezer and my wife is keeping the pies under guard. It's gonna be good, especially if I make a pot of redfish chowder to go with the oyster dressing. Blessings on everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Special thanks to all the troops away from their families. I know what it's like to be many thousands of miles away from your family during the holidays. It is choice freely and proudly made but it still sucks nonetheless.
