penn 706 users ?

The 706 I brought to sell has a wobble when spinning the handle/spool....is this normal or some kind of problem with the balance? ....I asked Slim on his way off the pier and said it was normal.....I don't know.....thanks for any and all input.....if normal it's still for sale.....may put it on a rod and fish it tomorrow......I will have it on the pier to see if it's normal or not for someone more knowledgeable then me:D

It's normal, but can be eliminated w/ lead solder or metal epoxy. My 704Z's with the Penn manual kit are a bit unbalanced as well. If it's a plugger, may be a bother. But if it's a bait rod - no big deal.
