Pier cart project
Wanted to share a photo of the cart we built this week.

Interesting design.
If i may ask, it appears the top is simply strapped down and a bar is going across the front. Is the bar just there to keep the strap from moving, or does it serve a function such as adding additional rod holders (which appear to be slid into the side "rear" bar)?

The stut on the front was going to be for a hook to hold tackle bag or what ever but we added a box on the top of cart to hold every thing
