Pier fish taste rankings!

Another note: fresh ground mullet and white make great sashimi/sushi! Flounder does too.

LYs are the most eaten of any fish that I've seen caught on the pier.

Remora are hard to mess up, I was thinking more about bluefish, kings, and jacks requiring a bit more effort. The only bad thing about keeping remora is the mockery! Even though I know they are delicious I still can't bring myself to keep them most of the time.
