Pier house tackle shop up for grabs
The retail area is up for lease.I tried to work it out with the new administrator but I feel an owner operator situation would be best because it would cost $50,000 in labor for us to keep it going. With that being said,a person willing to bust his ass will make a very comfortable living and be able to take 4 months off a year.
Re: Pier house tackle shop up for grabs
If I lived down there I would be all over it.

Re: Pier house tackle shop up for grabs
What is included in "the retail area?"
Or maybe I should ask, "What is excluded?"
I'm looking for a new job AND a reason to move to GS and I DO know about retail.

Quite an endeavor.
Please PM me the details, John.
Also, how soon of an expected turnaround would you anticipate?
Thanks.

[size=12pt]I got all excited when I first read it, but then I saw the words “a person willing to bust his ass”; a real turnoff! :poke1:
Actually it sounds like a great opportunity for somebody, certainly would have a captive customer base. Maybe a partnership of two or three people to share the work load and expenses would work. Of course, the down side would be sharing the profits.
I hope somebody we know takes it on.
Steve, you are probably right if the state isn’t getting a piece of the pie.

As long as GSP goes through the State Finance Office's approved process, its legal. But it can be a pain in the butt for all parties involved.
