Sand flea rakes
Who has the best price on a decent sand flea rake? Any used ones for sale? I cant afford $75-$100 for one.

Look for a "metal detector sand scoop", which will be smaller and short handle, but cheaper. I guess you know if your back or your wallet is best fitted for heavy lifting.
Failing that, a (real) shovel and sieve (a folding colander works) works slower but cheaper than a purpose-made tool. Remember that you only dig about as many fleas at a time as you'd buy at a time for live shrimp or minnows. The operative word is "live"; the useful retention time is measured in hours or a couple of days at most unless you plan to preserve/freeze.
