Saragosa or a 706
I have a Saragosa for my king reel but I don't really like it for a snobbleing / free line but I can get a 706 for cheap so is it worth getting or not

If you can get one cheap give it a try
if you don't like it you can alway sell it.

Saragosa reels is what the guys I went offshore with used.....over kill in my opinion for kings.....good for 100lb tarpon, .....I use to use Penn 8500ss for kings but that was over kill, good for 100lb plus sharks though.....I still use a 706 now for kings (learning the manual thing) but would be using something in the 6000/6500 range if not the 706 greenie.....might even go down to the 5000 series (vs150/penn torque 5 ) that I own now.....plenty of reel in both

I know but I can get a new one for like 120$ so should I or not if I do buy it I have to get a new rod for my gosa
