Scent: Squid or shrimp = best?
I'd be interested in opinions or experience. - also for crab.
Brands also. How does Pro-Cure compare to Berkley's (or others) in your opinion.
I've used the Berkley's Herring and have not been impressed.People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.
If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

I've had moderate success with Pro-Cure Inshore formula for trout & redfish in the river.
Some of the guides in this area swear by it on slow- cold winter days.

On slow days I've used it on my sabiki rigs , I think it helps , Pro-Cure shrimp was what I used

Now that's an idea. Put it on your bait ribbon fiber when the LY's are hard to come by and see if it helps.

Live Shrimp under a popping cork is my favorite. Very productive down here.
