Searching for Norman V...goes by Hook and had a fishing hook as a earing
Can anyone help me find Norman? He is a regular on the pier and we had something made for him but lost his contact info..
Please help if you know him...thanks
He is from Birmingham, Al and his cart on the pier has a huge flag with little international flags in it..
