I have seen a few seeker blanks on the pier. I love the action of those rods. Which blank/action/whatever else is the main one people use for pitching baits. It is for my 706 and NOT a cobia rod.
Thanks

Ps90 is one of my favorites and it can be used as a cobia rod as well. The other is the CJB907 I believe. Not positive on the letters. Bubba I have a built ps90 for sale if your interested. It is a great big bait king rod and a nige light jig ling rod.
The ones I see people using for King are long, kinda thick, but have a lot of action down the whole blank. I do not want a really stiff rod. That action slings cigs a mile.
Thanks
You're about my size Bubba, and I never cared to lug around a 9' rod all day. ::)
Anyway, IF it were me, it might be a CLB804 ;)
:fishing:
Ditto on the CLB804...Also, SS-CLB804 would be a slghly more durable alternative though.
The super seeker version will chip and the pretty finish will all be gone if not careful with the blank.
SandMan has a great Seeker king rod, ask him about his Bubba
His is a 9ft super seeker. The only thing about the super seeker series is they are heavy as all get out.
My wife has a rainshow 1027, we love it, it is a cig slinging cannon
Not to brag, but I am used to long heavy rods. :nyd:
HAHA Thats what she said :P

Thats a good blank, I made one last year using that blank.
I've been looking to Seeker for my next build. Just not sure what I want.
