Spadefish creel limit
Am I correct that the daily limit is 20 since it is considered a reef fish?

I do not believe they fall under the Reef fish. The aggerate limits on reef fish are limited to the snapper, jack, trigger, tilefish and grouper families. The species guide on the reef regulations do not list them as reef fish.

I was going by the Marine resources Calendar
*** There is a twenty (20) fish aggregate creel limit for reef fish species for which there is no other creel limit.

AFAIK, they're not a listed Reef Fish Species, so they do not count towards any aggregate total or other creel limit.

No, there is no creel or size limit on spades, they aren't a reef fish.
