Thread: Speckled trout

Out of towner needs fishing advice foe speckled trout from the pier. Also evening fishing advice for general fishing. What is a good all purpose jig? Thanks.

Live shrimp, 6-8lb test mono, and a lighter line flouro leader. Those ain't your average dumb trout, they've seen a lot of stuff thrown their way and can be very picky. #'r is the trout guy, pm him.

i don't care what anybody says if you want to catch trout go out on the pier and ask to talk to mr ted he will show you how to rig up for them and how to catch them
