I never thought about the record, i actually weighed one at 7lbs 6oz 2 years ago at the pier, we were bored and having a family competition of biggest fish since no other action was happening lol, teach me to start paying attention to the records now

I bet if we seriously held one of these "joke" tournaments for a fish like a remora that would be the time I'd never catch one but rather the flat fish I usually go after...

I agree with Mr. Cleland, I think it should be a 5 dollar entry and whoever gets the biggest one gets the pot.
