Thanks for all the help and info!

Just got back to Birmingham after a few days in Gulf Shores and 24 hours of pier fishing :D

Before my trip I studied tips here shared by better fishermen than me, and thanks to them and other helpful folks at the rails I had a great time catching loads of Spanish, mangroves, and plenty of undesirables that put up a good fight!

So thanks to those of you I met and those I didn't, and even though I didn't have a chance to hook up with a king, I can't wait for my next opportunity to come down and give it another shot.
