Tooting thy own horn...
Not something I'm comfortable doing, but FYI my monthly "Pier and Shore Fishing Forecast" is now being published in Great Days Outdoors Magazine effective this month (Feb 2014).
It's a great magazine with a history of wonderful writers whom I feel privileged to be associated with...

I really enjoyed my 2 year run with Coastal Angler Magazine, but I just could not turn down the opportunity to get paid for writing about fishing!
Thank You Lord!!!(RETIRED) mostly.
Now part-time outdoor writer,

Well done Pier! Just by being on this forum you have taught me a lot! If anyone should get paid for his/her knowledge it should be you. Just don't get a big head and quit answering by "googan" posts!

That's awesome. No shame in getting paid to do what you love.
