thanks by far whenever i got a chance to go saltwater fishing i go to the pier only so $6 it is even cheaper than my freshwater license!

Knowing that Barney Fife is spying on your catch sure takes the pleasure out of your day. I understand there are rules but if you have so much time on your hands maybe you could be out picking up litter or something.

Wrong attitude dude, conservation works.
But unfortunately not everyone is on board with it.
I've seen people/families catch and keep Everything that bit a hook, stuff coolers full of fish to be sold commercially to Asian markets.
I want enforcement, I welcome it.
As for picking up trash, watch a lot of regulars who care about the pier and the environment, they pick up other people's trash as they go along the pier.
I'm willing to bet you've never packed out more trash than you took into an area.Ragnar Benson:
