Volunteers needed to take over putting on the Annual Pier Picnic!

Due to other obligations, the Forum Admins need to have some forum members take over Annual Pier Picnic. I have already told Ranger Lynn that the picnic will be on Saturday April 25th and he is OK with that.
The process is basically communicating with the pier manager (Lynn) to get two or three extra tables moved to the Octi the day of the picnic, getting the word out to members on the forum and soliciting/tracking who is going to bring what, so we don't wind up with nothing but sweet tea and potato chips to eat.

I can help. If someone starts a list of things needed. And will carry tables.

I do not get on line everyday so can not take a lead roll... but will be glad to assist.
