Has any one ever used the one in the grey box? Most people use the one in the green box. The gray box one comes in the color/wt I want (hi vis yellow/15#), the green box one doesn't
I was told (by my Bass Pro lead) the Super Slick ("grey box") has more coating than the regular PP ("green box").
But those grey box are 150 yards and the green box is 300 yards!
H'mm, didn't catch that one. 150yds may not even fill up the spool of my reel. The do offer it in a 300yd box but not in 15#, only 20 and up. It's $39 for a 300yd box. Not sure the yellow is that important.Quote:

I lost my first two kings when I used braid for the first time because I tied my old trilene knot that has worked for years with mono. Use a Uni Knot with at least 10 wraps and leave about an 1/8 inch tag end and it will not slip.Quote:
