Fish for sharks for fun from the beach in the GS/OB area?
Not real sure that its legal in Alabama but I think people do at Ft. Morgan, maybe someone else knows the laws.

Technically, you can fish for sharks from the beach, but can't chum and you cant create an "unsafe condition for bathers, swimmers..."

So, dont go to a crowded beach and start chunking out bloody slabs of bonita on the 4/0. Use common sense.
And you can't fish for them from the beach in the state park.
