Never thought Id see White Trout getting caught on bottom in 240+ ft of water. But I did today! Not only does it suprise me at this water depth but the distance we are from shore is quite a ways also.

Some BIG white trout live in deeper waters! Like 5#-6#
These were decent size, I'd say 2lb or so but my weight to get past the triggers weighs more than the trout, hard to tell when they're on. I caught something else that resembled a croakers colors but the body of a sac-a-lait. Never seen it before.
