Xperts,,bubble rig length?

Walmart, Basspro & J&M all have bubbles.

I don't mean to high-jack this thread, but I have a bubble rig question (although it may sound dumb): How do you fish a bubble-rig? Is it a continuous retrieve, start / stop retrieve, or do you fish it like a popping cork?

Inquiring minds want to know. I'll hang up and listen..........

Not a dumb question. I have my best success working it with a fast jerking retrieve making the straw mimic a panicking minnow. If they're biting you can just watch what the guys that are catching are doing and imitate. I like to use a snap swivel so I can change straws or jigs and use a live minnow or shrimp depending on the mood of the fish.

Yes, all of the above. Some days you cant retrieve it fast enough, other they want stop & go. Other days, when they are really thick, just pop it like a popping cork.
