Besides, it sounds like they are only looking for folks (head & charter boats) involved with the IFQ (Individual Fisheries Quota).Positions are unpaid, but travel expenses are reimbursed. The panel may meet 3 or 4 times each year.
IMHO this would be disastrous for recreational fishing as we know it...... Ad Hoc Red Snapper For-Hire IFQ Advisory Panel.

Yeah 3 or 4 (reimbursed expense paid) trips to Key West may not be a bad deal ;-)
