anybody know where i can get a main gear for a 402??

Go to the Panhandle pier fishing forum and submit the same post. The old Mitchells seem to be more popular in Florida than they are here and there are a few guys over there that customize, repair or just plan hoard them.

Slim deals with Mitchells as well and might have one.
