    Cobia rod

    I've been thinking about getting a dedicated 8 1/2 or 9 ft rod for cobia fishing i can't afford a custom rod at this time but would be interested in a used rod or any info on rods that will be fit for the job!!

    @jerimy7,
    I've a Bass Pro cobia rod in very good condition.
    Slings a jig a country mile.
    Offshore Angler, Offshore Extreme, Cobia Special
    8', 15-30 lb line, 2-5oz lure

    I'm in Mobile.
    You pick it up for $50.

    These are nice rods-I've caught cobia, tarpon, jacks and redfish on mine. It's a bargain at $50 and you won't go wrong dealing with Chile

    Chile - if he doesn't take it, I am interested. I work for the USPS at night downtown, so I could arrange a pick up. Let me know.

    Okay man, you've first dibs.
    I'm home weekends, most Tuesday nights.
    Due to a workers comp issue I may be home all evenings this week.
    Check your PMs.

    Chile: I'd like 2nd dibs if Hall831 doesn't take it, although I have no idea right now how I'd pick it up and get it to Huntsville. Maybe a spring cobia pier trip would be in order. Thanks ...

    I'll give Hall831 a week to make arrangements.
    Philip has 2nds, if it's okay by him for Coach to middleman.

    Thanks, Coach and Chile. That would be awesome! Just let me know either way what Hall831 wants to do and we'll take it from there. Appreciate it ...
