They hook on the top of the bottom rail board, at least the ones I've seen used over there

The little grey step stool is $7.00 at Dollar General. Works great when you have to lean over the rail to fish next to the pilings for sheepshead.
If someone tells me I am in their spot, i just ask to see their Reservation Confirmation letter. So far nobody has been able to show me one.Quote:
